Stu came down and that helped... i enjoy training by myself but with other people it is also beneficial in its own ways..... i did some monkey,360 practice (or as much as i could in the rain/wet) and continued to try Lazy to further progress to Dash....

Charlton Gym has a session on a monday and *fingers crossed* i may regularly attend this session as long as they are all friendly.... and i may even consider some sort of kung fu , but that is jsut an idea for further inspiration.

i think once i go to the gym my vaulting capability will definately be increased and actually looking forward... hopefully monday if not the week after,..... lets hope they dont bite :).....

So.... i may lay off training until gym monday and if i dont go i will go out on tuesday providing its dry ;).... (i am sore from coming off my bike and need time to heal)

Le Parkour

An Article currently being written about Parkour

Please come back soon
